Summary:

Brand Manager is responsible for promoting, presenting and driving product sales through live featured product demonstrations in high traffic retail environments. Qualifications:

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist with new brands and packages including activities to support sell through effective branding strategies; 

  •  Execute evening and weekend promotions as necessary;

  • Ensure demonstration area is clean, organized, and correctly set up according to the DVRT instructions provided;

  • Identify situations, opportunities/issues, market conditions and economic indicators to realize cost reductions;
  • Identify new product opportunities and drive strategic Global Sourcing programs;
  • Establish and develop relationships with suppliers and key organizations;
  • Identify alternative sourcing opportunities to ensure supply chain inventory levels, quality standards and competitive pricing;

Summary:

Customer Relations Managers are liaisons between DVRT and its customers. They access customer needs and generate sales leads through a more personalized service. Customer Relation Managers develop relationship strategies and programs that produce business value and favorable customer experiences. Managers must be familiar with a variety of marketing, media, fashion and entertainment field concepts, practices and procedures relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish client goals. They are required to monitor customer satisfaction and recommend approaches that DVRT can implement to better serve their customers.

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement action plans to improve DVRT systems and processes that are currently in place;

  • Set measurement of DVRT guidelines to evaluate skills and knowledge level of team members;

  • Produce additional tools and documents to support DVRT activities and growth;

  • Document and produce training materials, work flows and procedures to support growth and sustainability;

  • Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an effective Consumer Relations team, providing guidance, support, motivation, and coaching for effective communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and department flexibility;
  • Drive systems and activities for proper consumer complaint handling, including regulatory compliance for US and Canada. (Product portfolio includes fashion, retail, artist, entertainment, etc.);
  • Establish, review and maintain department procedures and policies for handling complex consumer issues and issues involving DVRT products by collaborating with federal, state and local laws;
  • Direct analysis of consumer complaints and translation of data to business-relevant, actionable information and reports on a timely basis;
  • Manage relationship with an off-site contact center for proper consumer contact handling. Oversee contract, coordination of activities with corporate team, and set/monitor service goals. Review and approve product reference manuals and training materials for contact center use;
  • Work closely with law department for alignment on claims issues. Provide guidance on claims management by Consumer Relations Department. Responsible for timely communication of issues and implications;
  • Provide Consumer Relations guidance, establishing CR functions/coverage in applicable foreign or local affiliates;
  • Maintain department budget. 
  • Review and/or directly respond to matters of escalation needing management level attention.

Summary:

The Director Sales Operations (DSO) manages support functions essential to sales force productivity. These include planning,reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales job design, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation design and administration, and recruiting and selection of sales force talent.

The DSO is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization. Reporting to the Vice President Sales Operations, the DSO also works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization supported.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES           

  • Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.  Proactively monitors and  strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts. As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the firm.
  • Supports the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.
  • Works to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Summary:

The Executive Secretary provides administrative management support and secretarial services to the level of Vice President or above of DVRT organization. This position is responsible for records management, scheduling, travel arrangements, publication preparation and the coordination, proofreading, planning and logistics associated with research meetings. They are responsible for completeness and internal consistency of all duties asked to perform. The Executive Secretary prepares and directs documents through appropriate channels to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain professional business relationships with top management of DVRT and top management of other partner companies;

  • Transcribe dictation and prepare typed materials, correspondences and reports relative to priority or confidential material;

  •  Personnel Management; Administers the Human Resources Policies. Recommends the adoption or revision of the Human Resource Policies, salary ranges and salary adjustments;

  • Develops and implements as organizational staffing structure that optimizes program efficiency and Board-approved program objective achievement;

  • Maintains advocacy role for agency and staff, with responsibility for the communication linkage between Board and staff;

  • Develops and implements long-range plan in concert with the Board of Directors;

Summary:

The inside sales representative position is key at seeking and closing sales with project owners such as Vendors and contractors. Sales reps will be given sales leads from various sources. The sales rep will be responsible for calling these leads and scheduling the lead to attend a webinar. The sales rep will also follow up with mailing marketing material and a follow-up phone call.

  • Deliver sales forecast and client feedback on trends, opportunities, and challenges in order to benchmark and forecast business and revenue;
  • Participate in account strategy and planning sessions with local and virtual sales teams as well as product development, product support teams and client partners;

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and secures business relationships with potential customers for DVRT products through a combination of inbound/outbound activities, using leads and referrals generated by BDMs;
  • Follows up by phone with new accounts after the original sale to ensure customer satisfaction and promote continued sales;
  • Organizes and prioritizes work efforts to achieve targeted number of calls per day, calls per week and successful call rate;
  • Responds to inbound product sales inquiries from internal or external sources, and keeps referral source informed of status;
  • Provides a presentation on the benefits of DVRT products and services, discussing their needs and decides on the best products to meet those needs while providing DVRT the best profit margin;
  • Complies or generates oral and written reports and information on a variety of topics such as: new client needs, current issues or concerns, new client interest, other competition, etc.;
  • Provide DVRT management with information about the local market opportunities and identify new business opportunities and partnerships;
  • Conduct product demonstrations via the internet to potential clients’ audiences that are both technical and non-technical;
  • Assist potential clients during the evaluation process, create quotes and new accounts;
  • Submit accurate and timely activity reports as required.

Summary:

The Outside Sales Contractor is responsible in growing top line sales, market share and bottom line profits. They develop ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and promote DVRT brand, products and services. Contractors ensure standards are adhered to and executed consistently with DVRT direction.

Summary:

The Product Sales Trainer’s primary focus will be to design and facilitate training programs that enable associates to advance their skills and effectiveness in driving profitability and growth. They maximize sales representative effectiveness by determining and solving training needs. DVRT is seeking a highly motivated Product Sales Trainer.  This position will be responsible for ensuring our sales team has the product and solutions training they need to be successful and represent DVRT products.

Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years experience in Learning and Development, with hands-on responsibility for the design, development, and delivery of training courses and tools with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial role;

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes the needs of the organization and identifies, develops, and implements training programs primarily for the sales organization utilizing various delivery media;
  • Keeps up to date with the fundamental operations of the business while continuously updating and improving training materials;
  • Conducts assessments of skill levels, product knowledge and training needs of different groups of employees (i.e. entry level, department, etc.) and identifies training priorities for groups of employees who make the greatest contribution to achieving business goals;
  • Utilizes the results of the assessments to create learning and skills development programs;
  • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results modifying programs as needed to ensure effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Designs a mix of training techniques/media that focus on: 1) classroom training - using a combination of lectures, workshops and videos; 2) distant learning - video, computer/internet based; and, 3) demonstrations for products or job specific training;
  • Engage and assist relevant subject matter experts across the business in delivering identified training;
  • Develop the business case, assess, and implement external programs needed to fill skill gaps where training is not available in-house or via existing vendors;
  • Creates and maintains a scalable and repeatable on-board experience for new sales associates;
  • Build and maintain product training material across DVRT general information as well as DVRT product specifics and solutions.  Prepare new sales representatives by providing training resources and assistance as well as detailed knowledge on products as relevant for sales people;

  • Serve as primary training facilitator and instructor delivering quality learning experiences through adequate preparation, such as, up-to-date facilitator material, participant guides and aids, etc;
  • Create, develop and maintain course materials, facilitator guides, instructor manuals, learner guides, hand-outs, reference materials and other materials and/or utilize purchased training programs that meet identified learning goals;

    • Planning quarterly 2 day new hire training;

Summary:

Public Relations Managers are responsible to development, manage and administrate public relations and education initiatives in support of DVRT objectives.  This position will be the primary press contact for media as well as work with trade press, marketing and sales.  The objective is to emphasize DVRT’s leadership in marketing and increase press coverage to increase consumer awareness and drive US sales. In addition, will develop PR strategies, create and manage new product launch events, be the liaison with global PR and trade marketing to translate global strategies. Also, develop PR tactics to meet the expectations of licensors and cultivate and maintain excellent press relations.  The position will also handle charitable requests.

Summary:

Videographer works as part of the production team that creates video products. They direct multi-camera studio equipment and video switching. Videographers generates and inserts on-screen text and graphics in live productions using cameras, DVRs, switching equipment and a piece of digital editing , equipment called an edit controller. They accomplish the bulk of the technical tasks related to production and post-production. They are responsible for transport, set up, and operate equipment; and assist with staging, set preparation. Videographer will work closely with the creative director to execute the concept through to completion.
